The Veneto Region, Environment Directorate, organizes a on-line participatory meeting in the framework of the European project CHANGE WE CARE (ClimatecHallenges on coAstal and traNsitionalchanGingarEas: WEaving a Cross-AdriaticREsponse) aimed at assessing the impact of climate change on coastal areas.
The aim of the project is to provide integrated planning guidelines to respond to long term climate change, particularly in the Po Delta area.
This first meeting is aimed at identifying common development objectives / strategies and at involving  stakeholders with the final aim to collect proposals and ideas. The identification of guidelines and measures to tackle the effects of climate change will be the prerequisite for the drafting of guidelines to be included in the climate change adaptation plan for the study area.
During the meeting, the results of some forecasting models of possible future scenarios in the Po Delta area will be also presented.

The web meeting will take place on April, 23rd on Google Meet platform, starting from 09:30.
