The eight project partners of the Interreg Italy-Croatia project BOOST5 met live at the project’s kick-off meeting organised in Bari, Italy, on the 28th and 29th of June 2022.

The meeting was held at Tecnopolis PST lead partner premises and at Museo Civico Bari. Since BOOST5 is all about innovation and valorising cultural heritage, these locations matched perfectly the scope of the project.

The consortium presented project activities and set deadlines in order to achieve the project's main objectives, targeting the enhancement of cultural heritage by implementing new community ideas, promoting new market opportunities through capacity building plans and innovative approaches, promoting sustainability and synergies to pave the way for the next strategic steps as green accreditation, zero impact tourism labels, and other future opportunities.

The BOOST5 JS Project Officer, Ms. Anca Daniela Simion, joined the meeting and provided general information and expectations from the project and all partners.

Also, on the second day of the Kick-off Meeting, a Press Conference with regional stakeholders was organised, ensuring a first wider outreach of project objectives.
