BLUE RECHARGE INTER-REGIONAL CONFERENCE & WORKSHOP 27th January 2026
The inter-regional conference and workshop BLUE RECHARGE will be held on 27 January 2026 in Rijeka, with a focus on sustainable groundwater management and the development of Blue Credits schemes aimed at promoting aquifer recharge. Through plenary lectures, thematic sessions and a concluding discussion, participants will be presented with the results of pilot actions in Croatia and Italy, the economic dimensions of water resource management, and the potential for transferring project outcomes to other Mediterranean regions. The conference will take place at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka, with the possibility of following the programme online; all necessary access information is provided in the agenda document.
