Project managers of all PPs except for IACKR participated on the Kick off meeting in Urbino where Lead partner introduced all partners to the project and administrative issues and presented the main topics of work package management, financial and administrative procedures and information system (SIU). 

Briefly, main topics treated during the conference were an overview of the IT-HR Programme; followed by the project and PPs’ presentations; introduction of all Work Packages and all specific activities/budgets; discussion on some AF revisions and the request of the project duration extension due to the significant delay in starting project activities; and at the end Q&A, taking also advantage of the JS PM presence at the meeting.

Each project partner appointed their Technical and Financial representative in the framework of the ASTERIS Steering Committee. Overall Project Management team has also been nominated - Project manager, Finance manager and Communication manager.
