As stated in Application form deliverable D.3.2.2. - IT Platform fully operational should follow and include “the elaboration of the platform's design and having introduced all contents, the platform will be started and will be available in electronic version”.
This report includes full final report from external company hired to develop the IT platform. Also, the User Guide for administrators and users are included. Both followed with the screenshots of the IT platform.
