Published on 13/11/2021 (last modified 21/12/2021)

Our Project Partner UNIVPM visited the primary schools involved in the AdSWiM didactic module “Do you Sea?” and delivered certificates and gadgets to teachers, classes and pupils.

Anna Annibaldi, professor of the Polytechnic University of Marche (UNIVPM) visited from 10 to 14 December primary schools in Fano (Marche Region) that were involved in the didactic module courses focused on the environmental education. She delivered certificates with gadgets to all the teachers, classes and children involved in the educational programme during 2021.  Different moments and official meetings were held for the occasion in the presence of the schools’ principals, head teachers and educational representatives.

8 teachers and 2 classes of the Primary school Tombari di Fano were the first that received our certificates for their lab work in class and lab participations online. Anna then visited San Lazzaro Didactic School Circle of Fano where additional 10 teachers and 5 primary school classes were involved in the training course for teachers, in online workshops and labs with classes and educational visit to the Fano treatment plant. The teachers also announced that the visit was so successful that they are organising new visits in spring 2022 and that they are already dealing with our educational programme in classes with pupils.  The school published an article on their website with the photos of the day.

Finally, she visited Padalino Secondary School and delivered certificates to 1 teacher and 2 classes during a special ceremony that was held in the school for the occasion, contemporary with the delivery of the Eco school green flag.

Fano thanks all the AdSWiM researchers and organisers involved in the didactic module and the AdSWiM team thanks all the teachers, pupils and in particular Anna and her team in Marche for the participation with enthusiasm and with joy!

All the certificates were signed by Sabina Susmel, the project coordinator, printed by the Municipality of Udine and delivered from the University of Udine to the Polytecnic University of Marche. This was really a great success for all of us.
