Rimini Airport will host a training for ADRIGREEN project partners on 30 June 2021 on “The intermodal transport of passengers serving the port and airport terminals”.

Rimini Airport will host a training for ADRIGREEN project partners on 30 June 2021 on “The intermodal transport of passengers serving the port and airport terminals”.

The training will be held by Prof. Felice Giuliani from the Department of Engineering and Architecture at the University of Parma. A guest speaker will be Prof. Giorgio Passerini Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences at the Polytechnic University of Marche, who will talk about multimodality in relation to the new problems resulting from Covid 19.

Topics to be discussed:

  • The relationship between traveller, travel and modal choice of transport
  • Large area configuration and location of passenger terminals for railways, ports and airports
  • Technical intermodality and technical/economic intermodality
  • The management of the private vehicle for parking and shelter
  • The transport infrastructures for relations with the passenger terminal Sustainability and technical and environmental implications
