A scientific dinner at La Bottega di Trimalcione offered different fish dishes, coming from Croatian companies that experiment advanced breeding conditions: quality of water and nutrition, natural therapies and wellness checks, together with Italian and Croatian researchers, within the AdriAquaNet project, funded by the 2014-2020 Interreg Italy-Croatia program.
At dinner, the project experts provided information on the technological innovations that make it possible to obtain high quality fish. The chef introduced guests to the secrets of his cuisine and his long experience with lovers of good fish.
AdriAquaNet and La Bottega di Trimalcione offer not only a pleasant and stimulating event, but also their commitment to contribute to the UN sustainable development goals, to guarantee the availability of food, improve underwater life, develop renewable energy and create qualified jobs.
