On Day 1, the partners will review the state of the art of the project, share and discuss administrative and financial issues, outline the achievements over the first six-month period of implementation, as well as future achievements. A city tour is organised in the evening.

On Day 2, a public meeting will take place with the Dubrovnik and Neretva Region operational civil protection forces, and the representatives of National Rescue and Protection Directorate. Apress conference will close the 2-day event.
