The agenda of the first day of the meeting envisages a discussion on the status of project progress with a focus on the description of the MEDCORDEX dataset available on the AdriaClim common data archive (CMCC), AdriaClim model of the Adriatic Sea: first results and future actions (CMCC), AdriaClim Information System - progress , decisions to be taken, contributions needed (Arpae) and Climate Literacy website and material (CMCC).

Another important topic of the first day of the conference is the Status of project activities - Perspectives of pilot sites, which will discuss the status of procurement of equipment and installations, modeling activities at the pilot level: achievements and development, relevant indicators for the pilot area (selection process status and next steps). and adaptation plans: approach, key elements, achievements and next steps on nine pilot projects.

On the second day in the morning, they will discuss management, financial status of the project, deliverables general status, feedbacks & updates from the JS, and project extension and next reporting activities - Arpae. This will be followed by a discussion on communication activities - RERA (State of art, Mid-Term Conference: overall rationale, draft agenda & next steps) while the 5th Steering Committee agenda will include Project progress, risk analysis, next steps. Discussion, inputs, ideas and Vote: Budget Changes Approval & Extension Request.
