CROSS-BORDER CONSULTATION ONLINE SURVEY

Published on 25/09/2021 (last modified 25/09/2021)

Second round of consultations - online survey open to all stakeholders till Friday, 8th October 2021

The Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme is a maritime cross border cooperation Programme established within the EU Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. The negotiation process related to the content of the Programme is currently underway between the two Member States, Italy and Croatia and it is managed by the Task Force 2021-2027 that approved the Plan for an effective involvement and consultation process of the economic and social partners within the programming phase in accordance with the European Code of Conduct on Partnership and with art. 8 of the Reg. (EU) n. 1060/2021 – “CPR Regulation”. The first round of consultations started with two local webinars organized in April 2021 for Croatian and Italian stakeholders respectively, previously consulted via an online survey.

The second round of consultation - “Cross-border consultation” is being launched by the means of the online survey.

Thematic focus of the survey

The Task Force approved the 2021-2027 Italy-Croatia Programme’s strategy and the thematic priorities (together with the 2021-2027 Programme POs and SOs) have been defined. Consequently, the objective of the online survey is to collect the stakeholders’ opinion on the following main aspects of the programming process:

  • measure the preference level with regard to 2021-2027 Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme Policy and Specific Objectives. These inputs will be then considered when the financial allocation among the different POs and SOs will be decided by the TF;
  • collect concrete inputs and ideas on cross-border actions and target groups.

Target groups of the consultation

The cross-border consultation is addressed to a wider public. In particular, the CBC consultation is addressed to the following two main categories:

  • General public: addressed through the IT-HR Programme website
  • Relevant Stakeholders: composed by 2014-2020 LPs of Italy-Croatia & ADRION Programme both approved and not approved projects, of EUSAIR representatives, other territorial stakeholders from both countries counties and representatives from national coordination authorities all invited with a mailing list
