The Adriatic Ionian Euroregion is an international association of 33 regional and local authorities of 6 European countries (AL, BA, HR, EL, IT, ME). Since 2006, the association promotes trans-national and inter-regional cooperation among regions and local governments of the Adriatic and Ionian basin. It supports its members, especially those in accession to the EU, in creating joint initiatives and projects and in the implementation of both cohesion policy and European financial instruments.

Education Vocational Training Guidance and Territorial Services Unit

Marche Region (MR) is a Regional Public Body. Given to the issue of BLUE KEP, MR is involved with the Education, Vocational training, guidance and Job centres network Unit. MR takes part of Euroguidance Italy network. This Unit is in charge the regional job qualification system. MR is focused on developing innovation and entrepreneurial skills on youngsters. The blue growth is a driver of the regional economy and that includes the aim to attract young people into the Blue economy.

The Region of Istria has successfully participated in the process of preparation and implementation of projects co-financed by the EU pre-accession fund, community programmes, structural funds and other sources of financing. The Department for International Cooperation and European Affairs coordinates the previously mentioned activities, which requires the possession of specific knowledge and skills by its employees in order to achieve the planned outputs and results.

Public Institution Development Agency of Sibenik-Knin County is founded and financed by the Sibenik-Knin County. According to the Law of Regional development of Republic Croatia, the Agency is a Regional coordinator of the County: it supports activities and projects developed and implemented by towns and municipalities; it informs and provides advices and technical assistance to public organisations; it develops strategic documents and fosters the County’s overall development.

PI RERA SD for Coordination and Development of Split Dalmatia County is multidisciplinary institution established by Split-Dalmatia County (2009.) with the aim of efficient coordination of regional development, development and implementation of projects financed through EU funds, national and regional funds.
